Discover Scuba is an introductory scuba diving class designed for beginners, offering a half-day experience in a pool or pool-like environment, providing a quick and easy way to determine if scuba diving is right for you!

During the Beginner Discover Scuba Class you will:

  • Try on and test scuba equipment including a scuba mask, wet suit, and the scuba tank!
  • Take your first breaths underwater, in a safe swimming pool setting!
  • Learn proper breathing techniques using scuba equipment!
  • Learn how to properly assemble your scuba equipment for a safe and enjoyable dive!
  • Learn introductory diving skills to prepare for future dives!

How to get started with Discover Scuba?

  • To register, the Discover Scuba class is only $25, and includes all the scuba diving equipment rental that you will need!
  • Should you decide to continue your scuba journey with future training via our Open Water Course, your $25 will be applied toward the certification course.
